The Purpose and God Annex began as a humble summer recreational hall, not yet with a name but always with a purpose. As it expanded the needs of the children and their adjacent families became apparent. Bishop and Mother Jones felt in their hearts and spirits, moved by the LORD to be a guiding hand to soothe the needs of the mind, body, and spirit of their local community.
For 23 years the GOD loving couple has adapted to the needs of the people and brought light and love to all those they have touched. From released felons that are in dire need of a second chance to the smallest child that needs a nudge in the right direction, the Purpose of God Annex remains an ongoing labor of love for Bishop and Mother Jones.
